Our Carbon Fiber Steering wheels are UV protected!
Steering wheels come with a 6 month Manufacturer Warranty which covers any major malformation of the final Steering wheel finish from date of delivery to customer. With over ~3000 Steering wheels sold, less than .9% of wheels have ever been returned for warranty work. In case future warranty work is required, we strongly recommend saving your OEM wheel for instances such as this.
All Steering wheels are non-refundable unless a major defect is noted that affects safety.
None of our warranties can be transferred from the original customer. Steering wheels can not be returned if attempting to retrofit on a different vehicle.
We do not cover damage caused by customer during install or due to Heat/Sun damage. Products are lightly UV coated.
It is required to inspect your package within 5 Business days or as soon as it arrives to you; take pictures of the exterior/interior of the shipping box, packaging materials and item itself if damage is noted. If you fail to do so, most claims will automatically be denied; no exceptions.
Any cancel/refund request for an 'In Stock' purchase that has a tracking number/label created for it or is over $200, will have a $30-50 Restock Fee deducted from total, regardless if item has not shipped. If item is still pending or does not have tracking number attached, you will receive a full refund ONLY if item is under $200.
Exchanges are approved by VLMCAR CF, 20% Restock fee will be deducted from total refund(You'll be refunded 80% of your order total), customer will also have to cover Shipping of item when returning item. In order for return to be approved, item must be in unopened, unused/New condition and display no evidence of damage.
