Shipping Policy

How quick is shipping/handling for In Stock items or items ready to ship? Local Pickup Available?

Products 'In Stock' or once label is created, will leave our warehouse within 1-5 Business days; we ship out packages Monday - Friday. We prioritize shipping your product ASAP but may encounter human error or delays; especially during peak order times/holidays. 

Once package is shipped, timeline for delivery is less than 1 week; Please utilize tracking to monitor progress of shipping and delivery for your product as this timeline can vary. We do not have control/affect shipping once in transit via FedEx or DHL.

A 30% Cancellation Non refundable restocking fee will be applied to these orders if you decide to cancel prior to item being shipped out (meaning you will only be refunded 70% of your total)

*If there is damage on the item or lost package, we ask for your cooperation while we file an insurance claim. No partial refund for repair estimates or full refunds will be given until we are reimbursed by the insurance company (no exceptions). Per the insurance company, this can take between 2-8 weeks to resolve. 

We are located in the China. Pickup is not available. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you ship to my country?

We can now ship across the globe, please keep in mind for shipping quotes we need your:

1)FULL accurate address with postal code

We all need you to confirm via WhatsApp or IG prior to purchasing

1) Item will be shipped as a purchase, we can not label it as a gift for importing reasons

2) We do not know or cover your import fee item once it arrives to you. We do not cover return shipping if there is an issue with an item.

4) We will package the item to the best of our ability to avoid shipping damages, however you will only be reimbursed if item is lost or if we can file an insurance claim with FedEx or DHL. We will not be liable for any reimbursement of item if FedEx or DHL does not approve claim. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs.

5) You will be paying; Total cost of item with Shipping to YOUR COUNTRY in USD + 3% PayPal goods and services fee = your total
